Referral Process

All referrals can be initiated by calling the main BHC office or by faxing a referral request to the office. It is helpful to provide a letter outlining the referral questions and concerns as well as any recent medical information. The psychologist providing the service will then contact you to discuss any further issues and/or concerns related to the referral.
