| Dr.
Judy Le Page has been practicing in the area of behavioural medicine
and rehabilitation psychology since 1997. Her Ph.D. program at U.B.C
included psychology and law coursework, as well as involvement in
some components of the post-graduate rheumatology training program.
She worked at a local interdisciplinary pain clinic for several
years, conducting assessments and providing treatment to individuals
in the management of chronic pain and chronic illness related
issues. She lectures
to medical fellows in the Faculty of Medicine at U.B.C on the
management of patients with chronic pain, major depression, and
personality disorders. Dr. Le Page
has testified as an expert witness in criminal forensic psychology
matters in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Dr.
Le Page’s clinical interests include
cognitive behavioural and psycho-educational approaches to clients
with issues related to chronic pain and illness, including
depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, relationship and
workplace issues |
